Does this work with the PHPmotion Youtube Grabber?
Yes! Since version 1.3.0 we have introduced a cron job which will fetch updates from locations previously un-accessible to the addon.
I already have a previous version, do I have to pay to upgrade?
If you already have an active license for an older version then you are eligible for a free upgrade or a discount (depending on whether you have a monthly or annual license). For more information please contact us.
How does licensing work?
Each license is limited to one domain name. A license does not expire unless it is cancelled/refunded (we have a 7 day money back guarantee!).
You can re-issue your license at any time if you decide to change domain name, but it may not be resold. Discounts are available for bulk purchases please contact us for details.
Your license includes all updates until the next major version, for example if you purchase now all 1.X versions are free.
Blank pages after installing
Blank pages on the website after installation are usually caused by outdated phpSHIELD loaders used on the server. To fix this you need to update the loaders (download the latest loaders from the phpSHIELD website).
If you do not have root access you may need to ask your host about updating these.
